This is a poem which I composed for every single Gamer in the world who is accused of going out in the world to get a life. Ironically, a Gamer has lots of lives, he loses some, he gains some but they wouldn’t understand it, would they? 8)
So it all started when a Gamer was busy playing on his console and his mother screamed, “HEY! WHY DON’T YOU GO OUT AND GET A LIFE” and he replied :-
I am a gamer, I have lots of lives,
Be it Mario, breaking beehives,
Or the Pacman eating dots,
I keep searching for Save-Spots.
One second I am driving a car,
The other I’m fighting a Knight Templar,
Oh! I just discovered unknown land,
Didn’t know I could turn back time using sand.
Right now I’m on a Covert-Op,
Then I’ll be a Free Lance Cop,
I am an avenging secret spy,
Swords slashing in Devil May Cry.
Teleportation is like daily routine,
So is investigating a crime scene,
Skateboarding is a piece of cake,
The ally I was assigned is fake.
For I have sailed the trembling sea,
And I have even played against Messi,
I have ridden across Rome,
Of a gamer, I am an Epitome.
These warning don’t break my defiance,
You can now leave if you may,
But I will play for the whole day.
Thank You For Reading, hope you liked it. 🙂
